Just installed towing mirrors. Waiting on my Model T emblem, then I should be done with my mods for awhile. Or maybe not. image.jpgimage.jpg

3" ready lift in the front, 1.75" coach builders shackle lift in the rear. Tires/ wheels this summer. I wish I had a bigger bank account.

Finally added shackles to my fab fours bumpera61231c3b8e37e1f4732c469b87a10db_9eb50a3e8fb7fc97fc8624850f39a2554ea179bd.jpg65f8c15f3242b3125018e18f7c8bf2a9_c6456222c7e3632078a7921133b61ced5d445b2a.jpg
I bought a milk crate with a bunch of shackles that were painted yellow and all beat up so I cleaned them up with a wire wheel and painted them. I did 2 8 1/2 ton shackles for the bumper and also a 17 ton shackle for the hitch, this isn't a permanent mount on the hitch it's just resting on my town hook still have to weld up a hitch with a ring to hold it5169a413181eb792f7816a752e7d2ae0_7a039ff90b28420446e52e6405c8006845a2cd25.jpg
Do you guys like it better with or without the 3rd hook?

That's what my wife said, I hate when she's right. I might still make a hitch to hold it just to have it but leave the black hook in most of the time

Haha I know the feeling! Like I said, either way would look great. If it is for function more than looks, how about a black shackle in the center?

This is my old gen 2 shackle. This looked rediculous so I sold it.

Had the Bilstein 5100's installed on middle setting. Truck is coming together and starting to look like how I visioned it when I bought it. When I was wiping all of their greasy fingerprints off, I noticed that the guys that installed my shocks somehow managed to put a few minor scratches just below the top of the bed on one side. Gonna have to try and find some type of rubbing compound to get them out. Luckily they don't look deep and should only be in the clear coat.

I just installed OEM tow mirrors and Inuave to say I can't stand the passenger side mirror. If I can't get used to it I'm putting my Sport mirrors back on... Are yours OEM? Have any issues with the view from the passenger side mirror? I believe it is flat instead of convex...

Thanks for the info Ron. They gave me a good deal on the install so I wasnt too heated. Def wont be going back there though. The scratches were right by the greasy hand print. Looks like the guy had a watch on and grabbed on the top of the bed to pull himself up.

Door handle install today. Another but important piece that Toyota should have from factory. Thanks Roman from Cool Springs Toyota for the fast delivery, service and prices. Waiting for my white cap corner to install the Pro Grill.

Other parts needed are in the picture too. Oh I forgot to mention you have to cut a small notch in the bottom of the new part. You will see it as soon you take the one in your truck. Use a knife it's really simple . It's because the cables passing thru the dash. Any questions PM again here. Hope helps
