Picked one up from Amazon for I think $17. I'll find the link. Seems good quality, I like washable for this filter. Just changed it out for old one which was nasty and somehow has a crayon in it.

We'll see how it does. Couldn't spend 40 on a k and n and wanted to try something new other than cheap paper crap

The brown shit in driveway is actually shut. Gypsy months are eating my oak tree above. I have to sweep and blow this stuff off every few days. At night it sounds like it's raining

As far as the filter goes, I'm in the HVAC field and I cringe when I see reusable filter and recommend not using them also in cars. Overtime you have all bunch of nasty crap built up on the filter that aren't visible to the eyes. Most importantly, it is a big no no if you have any type of allergies. Stock filters aren't that expensive to go this route.

The kicker is I was splitting wood all day. Then changed out of my steel toed boots to put on my muck boots to go out and collect sap from the trees. When I came back I forgot to change my boots, first log got me. Damn did it hurt. I drained the blood right away with a drill bit but the damage was done.

Sorry, but Ive had my sure of said purchases too. Just bought some color-matched end caps and now I'm in the boat of just plastic-dipping it and skip doing it, just so I can change out to aftermarket bumper in a year or two.

So many folks never change out their cabin filter because they don't even know they have one. Like anything else, check it once a month. Gets dirty then rewash it, spray with disinfectant, dry it out. Good to go.

I saw a write up somewhere about using an HVAC filter from the house and cutting them to fit into the cabin air filter slot. I want to say it was probably on another one of the tundra sites.
