What other charges? Is he a convicted felon by chance? If so, he’s in violation of being in possession of a firearm.

    Any prior wants/warrants?

    Parole/probation?

I hope the DA files every charge possible

Get some security window film for your new glass...and all glass in the house. You could beat on my windows with a baseball bat for a while and not get in! Highly recommended for piece of mind and its easy to install too. Iv got layers and layers of security at my home. Sorry you got broke in to.

Damn that sucks brotha! Property can be replaced, as long as your safe. That's all that matters. Pretty scary stuff to come across that. Hopefully these idiots get what they deserve.

Also, contact your local PD neighborhood liaison. Get a free home inspection. They’ll give you some suggestions to help improve the security of it.

Long story short, when I came home I saw him walking along the front of the house across the road, he was staying there, with a AR15 in his left hand, facing away from the road like he was trying to hide it. I made a mental note, then parked. Got my mail, put up trash can, walk into house after noticed storm door was not locked, then saw the after math.
Called 911, reported it and made a dash to the house across the street with said shit stain was putting my property into a suv. I confronted, he denied, I got in his face and confronted again, he pointed to the suv and said your stuffs in there.

Held him till deputies came, I live out of town.

Theres more I will go onto later.

I live in the county, not in town its actually a pretty tame place, well until shit stain and his pot head un employed buddied started popping in and out.
My place is pretty open they did what thieves do, I wish I could have done some good ole redneck justice, but than I would probably be in jail. I tell you god saved him a ass beating cause I don't know how I kept from it

Hell of a run lately Rich. I’m sorry to hear about this news, but if you sit back and really think about it, you’re very lucky.

    1) You caught some of them.
    2) Some of your possessions have been returned, especially the suppressor.
    3) The thugs didn’t retaliate when confronted.

The door is still open for the vacation destination, few beers, and can chat about each other’s grill smoking and your amazing bark.

Those guys are lucky they didn't take the grille! Seriously.....outcome could have been way different. Also I wouldn't be surprised I there isn't stolen goods in that house across the street.

Ya the others at the house are going to have another visit soon the deputies found scales and baggies in the car lol

When the officer asked the woman who owns the house whose car it was and she said her daughters and boyfriend. Her jaw fell when the officer said well I need to ask them about the scales and baggies in the car.
    Lol

Ole mom there got a bucket of shit handed to her. Kind of feel for her but also feel like she allowed all of this happen.

Hopefully this is an eye opener for these idiots. Seriously. One day, if they don’t change their ways, a series of bullets might be coming at them. You can’t recall a bullet once fired.

Confronted the guy holding an AR15. Nice. While probably not the smartest reaction in hindsight, my dumbass probably would have done the same thing. Glad it didn’t get ugly. I’m not sure I could have kept my hands off him.

He looks so sad. Apparently black isn’t always the fastest color.
