    The wavy dashboard im calling heat light refraction from the overly polished dashboard. The 95 mph was his cruise control being set at 95 and he was following a car doing 55 so his TSS kicked in and when the car moved he accelerated to 95mph thus causing the truck to plow 1000 mailboxes which caused the loose hanging plastic on the bottom of the truck
