Why are there not many long bed tundra owners out there ? Seems more versatile for hauling things . Just curious.

I have a double cab longbed...An 8' bed is the only option for me as i haul all my products and install out of my truck. No way anything shorter would work for me.

I wanted one, I love how longer beds look. One reason I prefer the DC's over the crews. But the 8' bed won't fit in my garage.

They don't fit in garage so they are still at the dealership's parking lot :)

Mine fits with an extra 5 feet...then an interior garage door then my shop which is 1600 sq. ft.

Not just in the garage, but parking anywhere will be more of a hassle. As is, I barely can fit my CM at my children's schools (well, the end sticks out a bit).

But I do wish they made a CM with 6.5 ft bed. I would gladly suffer some inconveniences.

I still can haul 16' of wood with my DC and it fits in my garage perfectly :)
