Dupli-color offers a completely clear Kevlar clear bed liner coating. This will allow you to keep your stock bed color from the factory. I wish I would have seen this product before having my bed sprayed with Line-x. Looks low and easy DIY project. On my next new tundra I’m going this route.

I can see a ton of uses for this if its legit and holds up. I wanna read some reviews and maybe try some out

This would make for a cool look for a colored bed. I wonder if you could use this to protect your lower rockers from rock chips?

If that stuff holds up it could have a ton of great uses, would be good at protecting rocker panels and suspension component's

How about the sides of the truck to keep brush from scratching the heck out of them?

I've even thought of color matched Line-X for the sides (they can do that).

I would lean towards using the Xpel or other similar products for the side paint. Since this Dupli-color would leave an orange peel look to the paint.

I was just thinking the same thing. I have white bumpers which is a bear to keep nice looking. This may be an alternative to clear bra option.

looks like 1/4 of a mm thick, that isn't protection from much.

why would you not need to scuff the surface? seems to me that any time you paint on metal, you need surface texturing for adhesion.

I found it as an interesting DIY but I would contact to manufacturer for questions like that. Best way to find out for sure is ask them directly.
