Are there any window switch panels out there that will get us auto up/down for all 4 windows? Do the limited and Platinum guys get this luxury? Is there a way to get all the switches back lit?

I'd guess you could swap in plat/1794 switches to get auto up/down on the front, or attempt to retrofit something from like a lexus for all 4

That might work, that's definitely something I miss from my F150 is auto up/down. Fronts only would be ok. Do the upper time have auto in the shotgun seat too? Or driver controls only??

Had a Hummer H2 SUT that had a button that would raise and lower all 4 windows along with the mid gate glass. About the only thing I miss about that pos. It can be done just have to ask yourself how much money you willing to spend. Would be a great option though.

Mine's a DC so I don't have the back window. Really, I'm missing the auto up more than anything else. It'd be nice to have auto on all 4 windows, but I can live with just the fronts if that's what the platinum window switch gives me.

The old way was better. No motors to fail...Manual up/down on all windows....

I guess since I have never had auto up I don't understand why you can't just hold the switch until window is up. My neighbor rolls all my windows down when I load up boat. That is the only time they are all down. I never roll all down all the way.

I honestly can't remember the last vehicle I was in with manual windows. Maybe my dad's base model 90 something Sentra with a 4 speed manual? Pretty sure that was it. Damn that was a fun car to drive.

I roll all the way down if it's a not too hot nice day, or when I first open the truck up after it's been sitting a while so it's not like a sauna in there till the AC starts working. The auto up is nice, because it's just easier to hit the switch and let er rip without one hand in that awkward position on the door panel while tearing ass down the road. I'm a left hand on the wheel kind of guy.

Lefty here too. I miss the old wind wings too. You could angle them to have wind blow in. Haha. It would be nice to have auto up/down on all windows.

I believe @Roman said the motors in the doors are different. It can be done of course but I think it gets involved and pricey.

Longer list than the wife needs to know about....
My Platinum only has Auto up / down for the front driver / passenger windows. The back seats don't have the auto function. Would be nice to have this on the rear window as well.

That's a bummer to hear. Still might have to add it to the mod list though and save it for the future.

I'll have to see what vehicles have auto up down on all windows and if a retro fit is possible

Why do you keep saying this on my posts? I would love digital mph read on the dash and auto up and down windows.

I have a mph average readout, not sure why I would ever use it. I posted a thread asking if anyone knew if that was a feature and I just haven’t found it yet but nobody has had success. I would love it if it was just in some setting

I have thought about this too and have an idea that might have a chance at working.

In my 17' Platinum, if all windows, and sunroof are open... You can close all of the above simultaneously by using the key in the driver's door. You simply hold the key in the locked position and everything closes. Works for opening too. There must be a way to tap into that trigger wire and hold a 10 second pulse to mimic the key hold and Bingo, auto up & down everything. Maybe someone here has the know how to pull this off.?

Digital mph would be more practical than average if that was a choice between the two imho. Maybe you have both..

Well on my 15 platinum, if I hold key in the lock position the sunroof and front windows open, if I hold it in the unlock they go back up. Back windows and rear window do not do anything. I have learned something today.... I learned it's cold standing in your garage at nightlight in October in CT while wearing just boxers. And I also learned patience is indeed a virtue.

Toyota is kind of cheaping out, a lot of the 1990's Lexus model cars had automatic down and automatic up windows, LS400, GS300/GS400, maybe the ES300 but I'm not sure about that one. That was automatic up and down windows, all 4 doors. Also maybe the Land Cruiser Lexus, the LX470 I think it was called had this feature on all 4 windows.

Personally it doesn't bother me enough, I'm just glad the rear doors on my double cab open like the rear doors on a sedan and have windows that roll all the way down. Way better than that stupid suicide door setup Chevy/Ford used on their trucks, which had pop out windows.

'18 and up has the digital MPH readout. I find it redundant since the speedometer is right there next to it.
