New to the forum but just bought my 2018 tundra trd off road and wanted to see what the best NA upgrades (intake, headers, exhaust, cat) with the best HP gain I should go with? Thanks for the advice

OP welcome and congrats on the new truck. As far as the mods you listed above your HP gain vs the money spent may not be that great and will be most noticeable in the higher rpm range anyway. If you want the truck to have a louder sound then get the exhaust. If you really want more hp then you will need to step up to a supercharger.

Toyota has proven their intake and exhaust system is about as efficient as it gets, I trust that their "tuning" is the perfect balance of performance and reliability.
