    For some reason I thought they were Progressive. Zone control allow them to feel linear.

    Correct, (2015 till now), it is a 3 stage progressive suspension made exclusively for Toyota by bilstien. Only available from Toyota.
    Beginning in 2019 the pro will have fox suspension and I do not know details of it.

    For some reason I was thinking the big three more on the lines of Digressive but they are Linear. Progressive suspension would feel like harsh speed.

    I do know that having owned around 17 trucks and driven probably another dozen company trucks over the last 45+ years, the pro has the smoothest ride of them all, and somehow it’s smoother the faster you go.

    I was down in St George, UT last month racing my buddies on the dirt roads and was kicking their ass with this suspension. They all had trd off road suspension, not even in the same league. I was even riding on my overload leaf not evening bottoming out. Kind blew my mind.

    Progressive 3 stage bump stops, the shock itself (main shock piston) is digressive. Not arguing, just trying to inform.
    Digressive valving is softer the faster the shaft speed. Small bump slow shaft speed is hard, large bump fast shaft speed is soft. Hence.. 'smoother the faster you go'
    3 stage progressive bump stops gets harder the closer to the shaft's end of travel... no relation to shaft speed.. PRO suspension doesn't need rubber bump stops, the stops are already built into the shock...as the shaft nears the end of it's travel the harder it gets.. until it hits the internal bump stops.
    When discussing if shocks are digressive or progressive, we are discussing how the valves and discs of the shock piston is set up, not if it comes with internal bump stops which, if they have it are ALL progressive.

    Quick question for anyone that knows the answer. In the middle of installing my pro suspension. Should I put Loctite on any of the bolts or neverseize? I have blue and red Loctite on hand as well as all different types of lube.

    By the way the rear most alignment cam bolt sure is a pain in the ass to get loose LOL then the eccentrics get all out of whack when doing so. I have everything marked but is there a simple way to get everything line back up as I’m tightening it. Maybe I’m missing a special tool to adjust the cams?

    I’m not sure how to answer your questions since my truck had this suspension installed when I got it.
    My gut feeling says use the loctite and double check the torque on everything.

    Yeah I was hesitant to start another thread. I don’t like it when things corrode but I also don’t want stuff to come apart so it’s like, do I lube it up so it’s easy to take apart some day as well as any of the lower control arm ball joint bolts etc. I have the TRD pro installation instructions but it mentions nothing of Loctite or neverseize.

    Yep, I got that. I’m remembering several posts in different threads with new suspension installs coming loose. Can’t remember what threads. You’re still gonna be able to disassemble the nuts when you add the CB shims later.

    I’ve got the CB shims already but I don’t have any thing to lift the rear at the moment so I’m just going to level it for now. I’d like to stay within factory specs as I don’t really want to change the upper control arms and I’d like to keep my driveline wear to a minimum.

    Well with Neighbor stopping by that I haven’t talked to in months that decide to talk to me when I’m really busy. I am done!

    Took me about seven hours but that’s because I’m really meticulous and just working with handtools. I didn’t stop to eat so I got a little weak towards the end of it.
    Also since I’ve never done a suspension lift I was constantly looking at the instructions on my phone making sure I followed the procedure precisely. Constantly second-guessing myself. I torqued everything once I got it on the ground but I feel like I want to go check it one more time and put paint marks on all the nuts so I have to do is peek to see if they have loosened up.

    Laying on the ground torquing the cam bolts had me laughing! Almost gave myself a hernia LOL two clicks on the torque wrench is all I could get at a time.

    I probably could’ve relocated it but I didn’t feel like messing with it. Do you have a picture of how yours fits?
