    So on that specific piece like Baja said it just pops off. But the silver piece has melted tabs on the underside. But you can still wrap it with it like that or break the tabs to get it off and throw some glue on when you are done.

    Had my RTT set up so I still had full view out of my rear window. Ends up imo that is less than desirable for moderate off road use, so I am lowering my mount to 7” above bed rail. Also beefing it up quite a bit, everything except the cross bars is aluminum for weight savings with stainless fasteners, cross bars are steel and will use grade 8 fasteners. The rear facing light pods are amber spots(need to flip bezels).

    Took it to the dealership for the 20k mile check. Only 16,500 miles on it. Found out I have free oil changes and tire rotations/check up until 55k miles. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

    Thanks! Still have a bit to do, then off to get the cross bars bed lined. It started as a ladder rack, just modded by me a few times to fit my needs.

    You would need to install some load bars if you want a RTT. That is pretty straight forward. Just drill and bolt on!
