Okay, so right now I'm running dual flowmaster super 10's dumped, which, goes without saying is super loud with lots of drone at highway speeds. I can't think or hear the radio, and I think the frequency is giving me headaches on longer trips, plus the wife hates it. I guess I'm getting old, lol.

I'm thinking about making a change to the borla pro xs since it's a reversible muffler, and I can run it as a DI/SO with a short pipe that exits at the front of the bed. Before I pull the trigger on it, I was hoping for opinions if anyone is running this particular muffler.

I'd like to be able to do a dirty deeds system, that's just too spendy at the moment. I could go back to stock, but that's no fun. Since I can weld my own shit, I just want something that's more tolerable than two dumped flowmasters, that I can run a single exit for.

A little of this and a little of that.
    I've got a flowmaster 4" DI/SO and in my opinion it's perfect

I'm skeptical.. Fordguy? Lol I kid. Man I've got an afe di/so and I love it. Its deep. It's got a nice mellow pitch when You get into it and at cruising speed it's seriously like it isn't on there. It's nice.

sorry to necro this thread but i am looking at dual exhaust and the flowmaster super 10's looks like an option, they don't sound as loud as you say or is this video just bad audio?

I would like to keep the cost around $500, I want a nice rumble but nothing like my 76 camaro with laker side pipes :)

does anyone have gibson? and is this what it sounds like? time index 2:55

I have a 2013 crewmax tundra 5.7 with split Dual exhaust out the back. I am running that with 2 -15" borla pro xs mufflers. It has a deep sound with hardly any drone.Sounds really good.but, one of my mufflers has come apart and inside and rattles when iddling.I talked to Keith at dirty deeds and I am replacing my borla mufflers with ba mufflers and installing an x- pipe . I would talk to him. He knows his stuff!! He can set you up.
