There has been a High school shooting in Texas, happening now. It is all over every major news network. Explosives were found in the school, suspect is said to be in custody. Crazy how often this is happening..

The student yelled "surprise" before he started shooting and throwing pipe bombs from his backpack. That's insane!!! Police, bomb squad, also have a house 4 miles from the school surrounded. So sad....

Growing up schools felt like safe.
Just what the world has become unfortunately... wish my 2 year old would just stay 2 forever now. A parents biggest fear dropping their kid off at school should be getting hurt at recess or eating too much shitty cafeteria food. Not the place getting shot up

Problem is that people emulate what they see. Once something like this happens once, it’s going to be repeated.

Pull the security out of the political office buildings and put them in the schools. This behavior cannot be legislated away. If they get gunned down trying to get in the buildings before they cause harm, it will go away.

Completely agree. I was bullied as a kid. I HATED IT. It has molded me into an adult that HATES and WILL NOT TOLERATE bullying. Being bullied as a kid made me want to put in the work in the gym to make myself more physically imposing, less of a target for bullying. Heck I even ran into one of the kids who bullied me years later and I could only feel sorry for the person that kid had become.

But NEVER did I consider taking a firearm to school and shooting anyone.

Everyone I know ok and accounted for. My daughter has a few college friends from there. Their families are ok, but they’re just a couple of years out of high school, so they still have friends there.

Same. I was bullied for being fat up until highschool and the tables turned. I then stood up to those pansies who bullied others. I just didn’t any fucks how big they were. The fact I knew what that kid was going through was enough for me to step in the middle.
