I know since I’ve look there are so many posts on wheel size. I’ve seen this set up and people say it works. Others shoot it down and say you’d need a cmc. Who thinks I won’t ? 18x9 +1 offset . 295/70r18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with a 3/1.5 Eibach w/shackle. This will be on my 2018 CM and I want flares. Safe choice is +20 offset. What’s everyone think?

A lot depends on your UCAs. All the trucks are slightly different so there's no sure answer. +1 offset You're VERY likely to have rubbing issues.

I second this because I'm on same tires +18, just needed liner pushed in and mudflap removed, the angle of +1 will likely catch the cab. As said, you won't know OP until after alignment.

    Every truck is different
But in all likelihood you will need a chop

Anyone run a +18 or +20 with flares? Why do Methods come 18 and Fuel 20 but other specs the same? Maybe I should dump the flares.

my method NVs are +18. i have bushwackers. edge of tire meets edge of flare. front bumper has been removed and an aggressive body mount chop has been done.

@Heatonrx follow the lead of this guy. Occasionally he knows what he’s talking about, and if he’s done a CMC then odds are he truly needed it with his setup.
Here’s his build thread to search

My methods are +25 with a 295 70 18 and I have a chop. With another inch of offset I'd be willing to bet it's needed
