What measurement do you need? The bolts use a 10mm socket to remove them. Also I would try to get a flange bolt if I were you.

Seriously look into the plastic ones. They look so real and will never rust.

Crappy picture but I have joined the Rays club. Love them. Dark bronze. Woot! Woot!

I’ll one day put together a build post and will have better pictures.

Couple of questions - rubbing at turn in reverse in front....thinking of heat gun and pushing the lower lining forward. Curious as to techniques you all have used. Last, what psi are you all running? Max is 80 but assuming you don’t want to run that high. Thanks

Nice congrats! Rubbing is an easy fix. I should have photos on trimming and moving the liner. You can also go with cb bumper shins but that cost more and is more work.

Air depends on what tires you have. I have found to get the best mpg on my toyos around 42.

Will look for the photos. I was thinking I would heat up the bottom and push forward. Maybe trimming would be best.

Tires. Nitto Ridge Grapplers because I was able to buy 3 get the 4th for $1. Will check on psi.

Call or email Nitto and they will recommend a PSI to get you started. They will need to know what truck you have, what size your new tires are, and what the OEM size was as well as the PSI on the door jamb sticker for the OEM tires.

If it is just rubbing on the the front liner you can try just pushing the liner forward about an inch. Take out the bolts on the bottom of the bumper that are holding the liner in place, push the liner forward and drill a new hole for the bolt(s).

I hit mine with a heat gun and a mallet. Just enough to push the area it touches forward. Super quick and easy

Okay. Just finished and here is what worked for me..I removed the the 12mm bolt on the bottom of the splash guard to the outside for both the driver and passenger sides. The 12mm on the inside I just loosened and then pushed the liner forward as far as it would go and then retightened the bolt. Then I took my heat gun on high and worked the edge on the tire side heating it and then using a roller....small section at a time so I could hold the new shape until the plastic cooled. I probable did this in 3 sections that covered maybe 6 to 8 inches wide for each side. No more rubbing.

I agree and was on the fence based on pictures. I’m glad I went bronze. No offense to any other colors....just my preference. To each his own.
