    i have a 2005 Tundra Access Cab and i can not find any aftermarket headlights that stick out to me. Have you found any that you were looking into?

    What about building yourself some retrofits? I don't think the '05 headlights are as hard to pull apart as the 3rd gens.

    @MotoTundra did a nice DIY write up. I'm planning on doing mine fairly soon. D2S 4.0 projectors, probably from TRS.

    If you want HID with projectors just do a retrofit yourself. You have to be patient and careful not to get that butyl everywhere that you don't want it.

    The kit itself is easy to set up, just takes some time to clock the projectors before you tighten them and seal them back up. Wiring is plug and play once you find spots to mount the boxes. Check out The Retrofit Source (TRS) for a kit.

    I did my own, I would have to go digging for build pics but could get some finished pics if you want. If possible use genuine Toyota housings. I used cheap ones and the clear coat they had has been peeling away, can't take the heat lol.
