    Salutations everyone,
    Long time GM product owner, wife asked me "not to bring home a new GMC this time." Secondary to the problems from my 2005GMC 2500 HD 4X4 which was brought brand new and at the time of selling had the same problem with steering column noise in the cab. Another story. Did a lot of internet searching wasn't comfortable with $8000.00 increase in price for the New FMC products. Dodge and Nissan didn't excite me. We had great service with a 01 Camry we bought a few years after we got married.
    It wasn't a hard sale after I did some internet searching (read 6 plus months). I must add that I am a Procastinator. Went to the dealer at 5pm on a Fri in the middle of March (we were both off work at that time) and drove home before 7 pm in new truck. Impressive!

    I have to add that the Tundra is by far the most astonishing truck that I have driven and the mods that are suggested here will only make it better.

    I have read the entire "What have you done to your 3rd gen Tundra" post and feel that "It should be a required reading for all new members." All 16,788 posts. There is a ton of information and contacts there.
    Forgive me for I rant at times.

    Please welcome a new lost soul to the Tundra family!
