Running new wire through rear door grommets?

    just like the title. how? factory plug covers entire hole. looking for a quick tip.

    Small drill bit.....drill in the inner corner and away from the wires.
    Had to do the same for 14 gauge speaker wires.

    Start with a smaller bit to go in. Once you go through then use the bigger bit.

    One more.
    Since the speaker wires has pos and neg, spray wd-40 into hole to lube

    Cut one side of wire shorter, the tape
    Fish though easier

    will also add, if you pick up accelerator cable from local auto parts store, it will come in handy for this. You'll find yourself using it to run all sorts of wires

    Worked like a charm. Filled in both sides with a little silicon afterwards. Thanks for the tip.
