The Delta Joints are definitely cool and work well. The Icon UCA geometry.....not so much. YOU'RE RIGHT THERE. GRAB MCM UCAs. I've tried Camburg and Icon and now I'm waiting for Matt to make some of his.

I called and spoke to Matt today. His UCA’s are uniball. I’ve spoke to a lot of people that told me they are noisey compared to ball joint.. I have 0 Experiance so I’m only going off of what I’ve heard

It's true they can be. If it gets noisy, put a couple drops of triflow and wallah..... quiet again. Honestly they're only noisy when dirty IMO.

Uniball. Much stronger and provides a little more articulation. They do require a little more maintenance but who doesn't love a good lube job every now and then?!

Weird I have 70k on my uniballs and they make no noise. All I hear are the bypasses clicking. Haha

Not sure what came over me but I washed my truck today. I think it’s the third time soap has hit my truck. :notsure: Then even more surprisingly... I waxed it for the first time.

Lazy people don’t get bored. It had to be done. There was mud all over my truck from last weekend and I figured it’s going to scratch the paint even worse next weekend.

The maintence needed is minimal at best... basically rinsing them off when they’re dirty. I put 25k miles on my midtravel TCs and never thought about lubing them. The extra lub can attract and trap dirt wearing them out even faster. I used to worry about the maintence but I was told by a few people more knowledgeable than me that there really isn’t any other than needing replacing and rinsing off dirt

Yeah I agree, I wouldn't want to use a petroleum based lube as that will trap dirt. I use a CRC dry lube which works it's way into the joint and dries. I don't do it very often but I do give it a good rinse to free any dirt when washing her.

Joon probably has more pinstripes than the rest of us, but we aren't scared of them. None of the BASTRDS have dedicated off-road trucks, they are multi use, so if they are able to be cleaned up it is a bonus. I've got a couple scratches and dents I won't be fixing.

I hear ya. I daily my truck for the most part, I just stopped trying after cosmetic damage kept piling up. One day down the road I’ll probably get it repainted or wrapped
