None yet but plenty to come.
I just noticed on my, new to me, '16 CM that the antenna appears to be broken inside. Do we know if this is easy to access from the wheel well to replace the entire piece?

    Not easy.
Cable goes up from the wheel well, along the side behind the glove box, and into the A-pillar behind the grab handle.

And the radio has to be taken out to get to the connectio in the rear, I assumed.

I think the base and the cable are 1 piece so the whole thing need to be replaced.

This is correct. The radio doesn’t come out, cable doesn’t go that direction. Surprised the hell out of me. Connection for the cable is in the A-pillar.

My antenna was broken off at a carwash. I used a drill and a 1/16 drill bit. I made the drill reverse in the left direction and pushed the drill bit down and the threaded portion back out after about 4 times. I then just screwed in new antenna.

Yep that’s absolutely the first line to try, then an easy-out if it’s possible. OP asked about replacement, so I didn’t get into other repair options.
When mine broke replacement was the only option.

I just went through a broken antenna stud removal. I just bought my truck used, 2017 5.7L Tundra, and the antenna was already broken off.
The easiest way to remove the stud is to do what most machinists / mechanics would do.
I used a sharp spring load punch to center punch the broken surface of the stud. I then used a 7/64" Left Hand drill bit to back the stud out. See the attached picture. This took only about 5 minutes to do. If the stud would have been stuck, I could have drilled a deeper hole in the stud and then used an easy out to back out the stud. Amazonhas these kinds of bits and easy outs for very little money.
