License plate mounted bull bar

I like how simple the concept is - just curious if anyone has actually tried it

 

I don't imagine it being strong if mounted to the oem bumper.

 

I'm not interested in it as an actual bull bar - I like the idea for mounting a small (20") LED light bar

 

Interesting, looks like an easier way to mount a light bar. I am not sure if I would actually like a bar mounted like that looks wise; would like to see an install. It's cheap enough to buy and try.

These are definitely great for adding extra lighting without an aftermarket bumper or light bar

 

Considering how our front license plates are just sheet metal screwed into the plastic bumper skin, i wouldn't recommend something like this at all.
