I'm going to be adding some black-camo vinyl to a 2018 CM. Not sure how far (overboard) I should go with this though. Below are three options... Running Boards Only; Running Boards and Rear Qtr; Running Boards w/ Front and Rear Qtr.

I may also do the "triangle" on the hood as well. Depends on how much vinyl I have left over.

(attached pic is not my vehicle, but I have cleared this w the vehicle owner)

On the conservative end of it option A. would be cool but I don’t like the hard line along the bottom. If it was more splotchy like B. on the rear fender that would be my choice. Maybe let it come up a little behind the rear tire like you’ve been roosting it LOL.

Hard to say because I am a very indecisive person. Option A. is a little too much like you got the stuff at Pep Boys and put it on yourself. Option B. is just a little too much. I like C. but again too much. Obviously this is photo shop. In real life it may look better.

I voted B, see if you could make the bottom more blotchy.

I was trying to come up with something constructive to say, like maybe A with a gradient fade, but I keep coming back to :puke:

idk, i looked at this earlier and thought it looked silly. but just looked at it again and it's kinda growing on me. I'd say A but with it wrapped around the rear bumper too. the options with it on the bed look to be too much IMO.

The whole truck would be interesting, but you would never be able to find it if you park in a city.

LOL... So the consensus seems to be NO VINYL.
Thanks. Maybe you guys just talked some sense into me.

I have some Amazon $ that I was gonna use on it, but maybe I'll buy some LED pods instead.

Well this is just a cosmetic addition, and I'm more utilitarian... So maybe I just spend the $ on one of the other THOUSAND upgrades I want to do on the truck.
The cost of the vinyl could get me a sweet skid plate, LED bar, gift for my wife (who is gonna have to put up with all the $ I'll be spending).
