I would like to see a thread from those running 6112 coilovers. List your setting, tire size, wheel specs, shims, no shims, uppers, no uppers, diff drop, etc. Pics would be awesome if you can. In general just describe your setup please. Thanks.

6112's @ top setting. No shims. Bump stop extensions. 5100's in the rear with 1" tapered block . I have a slight rake exactly what I was going for. I'm still running my factory 18" rims with Nitto Ridge Grapplers (295/70/18's). Im also running Spider Trac 1 1/4" spacers. The difference between the 6112's and my old Trd 4600's is night and days apart. These 6112's absorb just about everything. I'm am very happy with this set-up. 1 quick note. I rub on passenger front @ full lock in reverse. It's not even enough for me to remove flap. :D

I've got the exact truck and love you're look. Not sure I can swing UCAs and wheels at the moment, I've got a bit before I need my factory tires replaced but in the mean time I might be able to we'll see.

Steve i got home yesterday and was cussing at the pollen on my newly detailed Tundra . Sprayed it off and it was like just leaving Jims after detailing it. That quartz product is Amazing. Water just beads off and disappears leaving no streaks nothing:thumbsup:

I know a lot of guys go with stock UCA's, so I would say that might be optional if you can get it aligned in spec etc. Also I got about $80 credit per tire at Discount Tire when I traded the stockers in.

I do have to get this unexplained incident fixed at some point soon though. It's worse than the pictures show.

What size tires do you plan to go with? Are you keeping the factory wheels or going aftermarket?

Think I'm gonna stick with the stock wheels but get em powder coated for now and plan on running 285/70r18 ridge grapplers.

Maxed out the 6112s up front with a single CB shim on the driver side along with alignment. I have stock shackles and the icon (51200) add a leaf pack installed on the rear with 5160s. NO UCAs yet.

Wheels are 18x9 +25 Method NVs
    Tires are 305/65R18 BFG KO2s

This set up gives me rake ~0.75” lower in front from rear. Expecting the front to settle a bit more since I just had em adjusted. If I decide I need more rear lift I’ll probably go with 3/4” Total Chaos shackles.

I only have 10 miles on these so I cant say much. After reading the thread on them over at TAcomaworld and the discount tire eBay deal i couldn't pass them up. $200 a tire is cheap for 295/70/18. They look great though and balanced easy.

For y'all in here, how is the ride on the 6112s compared to stock?

    Considering them for my truck.

I'm really enjoying the ride over stock. I'm glad I was able to get mine before they became sold out everywhere.

They are great! Firmer in a good way, even my wife noticed. If you aren't trying to get wild with the suspension, this is a great option.

Looks great! That's almost exactly what I'm thinking of doing, shackles and all. What kind of rake do you have with the shackles (if you've measured)?
