New poly bushings are worth the ride quality, so is the insurance of a carrier drop kit considering how cheap both are, whether you go CB or TT.

Is there a ride quality difference between Toytec and CB shackles? Any other differences? Running Deaver progressive leafs.

I have Toytecs but I like the look of the CB's better, I would think ride quality is dependent on the bushings and rings holding them because shackles themselves are solid pieces that don't flex.

The ToyTec shackles aren't exactly rinky dinky by any means. One piece design. Not bolted together. As far as looks....So far I haven't noticed any passersby getting underneath to check out my shackles. Either shackle is a good choice. Both shackles dwarf the OEMs. Comes down to if one is really worth another $2 bills..For me...nope.
