    I have the fortin remote start. And my Android unit came in while I was out of town for work. I will be installing the head unit and some additional audio equipment in the morning. I will check and see if I have issues as well.

    No issues once I installed the unit. The gps portion however I am having issue with. Is there some secret behind setting up the gps? Does it have to be connected to a cell to work?

    I am reading all the posts of this Tesla like HUD. Does anyone know if it is available for a 2013 Tundra. I see they have units for the Sequoa of that year but not the Tundra. Does anybody know if it can be modded for the 2013?

    Last week my unit stopped working....pretty much frozen and wouldnt go past the android load screen. Back to stock for me now and ill be shipping back the unit for a replacement in the morning. Hopefully it doesnt take forever

    I have one of these units installed in my Tundra and mine works great. While there are issues with the unit all 43 pages aren't 100% issue related. A lot of the information contained within the pages are informational to help and make installing, functions, settings etc. a little bit easier for the next person. There is lot of great information contained within the pages.

    The prior posts of Tundra owners made my install seamless and I thank those who had this unit before me. There willingness to try it out, figure the unit out and share with others the ups and downs has been helpful to a lot of us newer unit owners. Without that help I'd probably break my unit out of pure frustration because I'm not super knowledgeable with things like this.

    Just my .02.

    Are Phoenix and Espony the only 2 places you guys bought this radio from? Any other places to buy? Or recommendations?

    I have a guy in China that will send me this Radio for $550 shipped to the USA. I wonder if i can get a group buy going any interest?

    The Phoenix and Espony sound like they are really starting a following in development. I spoke with a rep and she was telling for the Model of 2013 that they don't have because of demand, but cosmetically it seems that it could be done. I'm a Technician of aviation and it appears the trimming and clamps is what is will take. I have seen the similarities of the Sequoia and Land Cruiser models they have available and seem similar. However, I am not sure of the measurements. if I wasn't in AK i would try to customize.

    got mine in last week installed saturday took it out this morning... unit works fine installed fine. i am not a big fan of having to have it tethered to my cell phone. it has way more feature and capability than what i needed. got the gps up and going and i just didn't like it? I am gonna box it up and sell it. used for 4 days. It may be my loss but it just doesn't need to be that complicated while driving your truck. the wow factor is there for sure... mine is a Phoenix unit. I am in Houston area if any takers.

    Contact from phoenix had me try a different install procedure to try and fix the hvac issue . I tried it but did not fix the issue . Just letting you guys know

    Check your wire connections and wires going to that speaker.

    Phoenix contact wanted me to post that are looking for someone in the LA area with a platinum or 1794 who is willing to let the the engineer get data from a truck having the issue with the HVAC
