    Man that’s a lot of work. I might do it after I retire (which I don’t think I will ever) but not now. I would love to spend a few days or a week in that kinda property away from the world on their own.

    Oh that's not the half of it.

    Then you have half of the people that smoke tossing burning cigarettes out the window starting fires all over the place. We have had several this season already around my house. My wild grass is cut low, and all trees that are 25 yards from the house are getting the Husky saw.

    After that, then you have the assholes that want to go camping and just have to do a campfire, don't do a proper fire pit, and then decide it's a good idea in 30-40 mph winds. Here's your sign.

    On top of all that, we have illegal marijuana grows on federal land, and then the cartel that are "on site" start fires with camp equipment.

    Camp fires are permanently banned where my property is except Winter OK with fire pit. We had hippie dip shits trying to build hay bale stucco'd "houses" on their propery. Covenant and fines enforced.
