Looking for advice... I just measured my truck stance and noticed that the rear passenger side seems higher by about 2 inches. this is actually what I want, so the question probably better stated is my rear driver side is 2 inches low, how can I correct this.

I want a rake of rear being 2 inches higher in the back so when I load up, it hopefully will be about level.

Truck considered "empty" has a camper shell (~175lbs), and a ~35lb RCI steel fuel tank skid plate. It also has WKOR sliders, but they should cancel out as they apply weight to both sides equally.

Measurements: (taken @ 1/2 tank fuel, pavement to fender well)
    Front Driver: 40 3/8 in
    Front Passenger: 40 7/8 in
    Rear Driver: 40 3/4 in
    Rear Passenger: 42 3/8 in

I'd like to see the front stay about the same, and both rear's come in at about 42 give or take a 1/2 inch.

    Thanks

Forgot to mention suspension mods... I'm running the full OME setup.. 613 in the front, and OME dakar leafs in the back.

So do you have the same “lean” up front?

front lean difference is only 1/2 inch toward the driver side, but the 613 springs are quite stiff.

You should start by getting shims for the front to make it sit level first. Some guys put one shim on the driver side or two on the driver side and one on the passenger. This has come up a lot lately and it seems to be the formula. For some reason a little bit of lean in the front makes it more dramatic in the rear. So I think your best bet is to get the front level first then address the rear. Your fuel tank and transfer case are on the driver side. @dirtydeeds makes shims for the front, not sure about the rear. @Toytec Lifts makes shims for the rear leaf springs not sure about the front.

    1/4” shim is probably needed.

Research Tundra lean. You’ll have more info than what you need.

I’m not familiar with OME springs, but is there a drivers side and passenger side specific spring?

Fantastic... I actually bought the OME kit from you guys, happy customer. I'll grab those and see how it goes from there.

Should I get two front shims seeing that there is a 1/2" difference in the front? Or does 1/4 inch shim result in a 1/2" lift overall?

    Thanks!

I have an 08 CM with Bilstien 6112/5160s with CB shims and Toytec shackles set at 1” lift. I had a similar lean issue. I ended up with 2 CB shims on driver side front and a 1/2” block on the drive side rear, 1 CB shim passenger side front. Got my rear block from Toytec. Make sure you get longer ubolts at the same time as the stock ones where too short with the block. My truck is within 1/8” left and right in the front and rear. My rake is 1.5”.

Same issue here. Drivers side lean. 3/1 lift, more noticeable in the rear than the front. My front is actually just about even side to side.

I do believe I'm going with the 1/2" rear toytec block. @pilot218 did you do the install on the rear 1/2 spacer? Is the new center bolt long enough to accommodate an add-a-leaf? I ask because I just installed add-a-leafs. I shouldn't have to worry about longer U-bolts since I have the longer u-bolts already, I removed a block and replaced with the AAL. I need to cut the excess off of my bolts after I have this sorted out.

Yes I did the install myself. The new center bolt was long and should be long enough with your add-a-leaf. I had to cut a lot off, but can’t remember how much exactly.

So... I have OME 612 in the front, and coachbuilder +3 in the back, and it sits a little too level. I would like a little rake to the back, 1" block or 1/2" block? I did install the coachbuilder carrier bering drop ( 3/4 I think).

*** I think 1" might be better, but I don't want to swap the carrier drop if not needed ***

I spoke to the coachbuilder Guys, I will add a 1” block, relocate brake lines, & check, can always add a bigger drop if needed.
