Sweet set up! Curious, how does it ride with the 20s? Most recommend a 17" or 18" wheel for the best ride. You have a pretty serious set up there so I'm wondering how it feels? Thanks

Although I'm very happy with how everything is and has turned out I'm having some suspension issues similar to @joonbug and @boardude - rear passenger shock contact with brake caliper bolt. I'm working with OK4WD in NJ and @Icon_Adrian to get this sorted out. Have poly bushings in place at the moment to prevent it from rotating.
    IMG_3671.jpg

Also hearing a metallic popping/clanking noise from the rear passenger side when turning or when that corner is loading/unloading. Not sure if it's the leafs or what. Got them greased but still there's noise. There's a decent amount (3/4" or so) of side to side play in the leaf just below the main. Is that normal?

    IMG_3675.jpg

Lastly (hopefully), having some adjustment issues with the Front driver side coilover. Max preload spec is 1.25" measurable thread and this side is at about 1.75". Front passenger side is at about 0.75" and the truck is sitting level side to side (+/- 1/4"). Even with driver weight and the large fuel tank, it doesn't seem like it would need to be adjusted that much (especially out of manufacturer spec.).

    Driver Side:
    image10.jpg

    Passenger Side:
    image8.jpg

Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you. I love it (hopefully even more once I get all the issues ironed out). It probably does ride a little more firm that those running 17's or 18's. I was on the fence about going with an 18 or 20. Honestly, the reason I went with the 20's is because I got a little (perhaps overly?) excited about this big brake kit by SOS Performance that requires 20+.

Hopefully you get those rears resolved soon. I know they took care of Joon.

I cranked my driver's side about a half inch higher than the passenger side to account for the lean. I'm a 2015 so I have the smaller tank.

You need more pics of your truck lol. Your truck is too nice to only have a couple for us to look at. Those wheels look amazing against that white!!

So, I finally got a few responses from @Icon_Adrian regarding the suspension issues.

Rear Suspension: Temporary shocks will be sent out so I can send mine in for repair and then re-swap when they're done (same as @joonbug). Awesome!
Still no resolution to the noise I'm hearing in the rear passenger area (popping/clanking noise). Apparently the design of our trucks has the leaf packs slightly boat tailed or triangulated. The side to side motion of the leafs under the main was said to be, per Adrian, normal. Icon is ok with this so they could squeak out every bit of travel with their new RXT pack. Thoughts? @boardude @joonbug have you seen or noticed that your RXT's walk side to side?

Front Suspension: The front driver side coilover is adjusted (1.75") outside of Icon spec (1.25"), (passenger side is at 0.75"). Adrian said that this is ok as long as it's only a daily driver and you don't do any offroading. Right. He also recommended that if I did desire to go offroad to back it down to 1" and I'd just have to deal with the lean - that most all trucks aren't level even from factory. He also said that this system is not a lift kit, that it's a performance suspension system, and it's primary intent is to do high(er) speed desert runs. If that's the case wouldn't you want your truck to sit as level as possible? Additionally, he said that if it's adjusted to where it is now and something breaks that it won't be covered under warranty because, surprise, it's adjusted outside of manufacturer spec.

Future plans for the build include a front bumper with lights and sound dampening in the cab, both of which will add a decent amount of weight. If I'm already out of spec completely stock, where do I go when I add that? The intent in choosing this system and investing this kind of money was to have a pretty much do anything truck/set up.

It's awesome that Icon is going to offer temp shocks and repair the rears.
But, I feel like Icon pushed this system out the door a little too quick and some of the other answers were very CYA in nature.
