    Loves me some butt, or any smoked meat for that matter.

    Since they're such a long cook I'll usually throw 2 or 3 9 pound shoulders on the BGE then vacuum seal and freeze a bunch of it. Yummmmmm.

    Doing chicken legs today. Makes a great snack or take a few to work for lunch. :thumbsup:
