Seems to be the perfect compromise for a safe and usable safe inside the console. I need a place for my weapon but want to also not have to unlock the safe to grab all the other crap I keep in there.

 

Maybe we can do better than $20 off?

Just an FYI. With these constant 15% off coupons I was able to score it for $220 shipped from reputable sellers that were toyota dealers on eBay. I also had leftover eBay bucks which made it a no-brainer.

That's the supplier of the last group safe buy? If I remember correctly many of the safes were dinged, or had bent corners. After seeing how they ship the front sway bar it's no wonder, & I would pass on purchasing anything from them for myself.

 

That safe is def worth it. Easy install and aint going no where i recommend it especially if you have ur firearms or need to keep phones wallets etc in the truck.

 

The supplier did not package the safe. The manufacture did. The problem was with the packaging. Sparks is a good outfit and highly recommended.

 

If I get one it will be from eBay. With the 15% off coupon I can get it for $220 shipped. Sparks wants $50 more than that.

 

That's the same thing they said about the front sway bar. Seems to be there M.O..

 

Well if the manufacture does a poor job on packaging then take it up with them. Don't take it out on the supplier. I do know they go out of their way to provide top service. I've ordered my fair share from them and had one part that they color matched for me. They shipped to my address, but for some reason the local UPS driver saw "Toyota" stamped on the box (OE part) and mis-delivered it to the local Toyota dealership. It took me a few days to figure out where it was delivered by calling and asking for the name on the signature. I went to the dealership and even though I had the delivery signature of their parts employee, they could not find the package. I called Sparks and was told to sit back and take it easy and they would take care of everything. Sure enough, a short time later, a new part was painted and delivered to my door and they took care of all the UPS claims. I call that top notch service.

 

I have ordered from spark's also and have nothing but good things to say. Fast delivery. Unless sparks repackages the item, damage is the fault of the poor packaging from the manufacture side.

I installed it before seeing this though.install is super easy.

 

I just installed one. Super easy, unless you have the factory rails inside your console, then I had to dremmel the rivit heads off to remove the rails. Excellent addition to the truck!

 

This would be a great Christmas group buy.
