I have a 2017 Tundra Sr and it does not have intermittent wipers, just high and low. I am getting conflicting info from dealer about installing intermittent wiper stalk. Has anyone done it. Did it work? Honestly, I would not have bought this truck if I noticed wipers. Please help!!!

Yes sir, I did them on my 07 Tundra. Not sure if they are the same but it is plug and play with the new switch.

You can find them on eBay if you want to do it yourself and save some scratch.

Mine was the budget model that my kids thought was the latest and greatest with manual windows. But it was an 07 not sure if it will be the same model #. I did it a while ago but I’ll look and see if I can’t find the switch I used

Did it on my 2014. It just plugs in. I would guess the 2017 is the same. It is easy to do. Two screws behind the steering wheel and the two trim pieces come off. Then remove the old one and plug the new one in.

well, I tried removing the old one but can't seem to get it out. I found pictures of the tab that is suppose to release the existing switch, but I can't get it to release. I am afraid I am going to break something. Can anyone help? Everyone says this is simple, but I am stuck.

I figured it out. It is easy once the tab is correctly located. New one going in. I will report back.

Took me a total 12 minutes and works like a charm. My dealer wanted $169 for part and $150 to install. I got part on Amazon for $138 and installed for free. Thanks to all who responded.

Nice! Going to do this eventually as well. Only having high and low is super annoying.
