Purchased this LED set off Amazon

Purchased this set on Amazon. Just had panels painted. Being installed next Wednesday along with my Bilstein 5100's . Pic of tundra is from someone's review on Amazon. Pics to come of mine when completed .

 

I've seen those on Amazon. Looks good. Really good actually. How about some install info for those of us that may now want to copy you. heh heh.

 

Man. This forum is costing me a fortune!

 

If you had a shop paint them, how much did they charge you? If you did it yourself, which paint did you use?

I gotta install mine, but haven't had a chance. I was going to try to paint them, but depending how much they charge, I may have a shop do it.

 

$65 to paint. $75 for install. Too cold around here to be messing with that plus I don't have the time. So I figured that is not a bad price

 

Those prices don't seem bad at all. Maybe I should look into this option (otherwise, I will have to wait until the weather cooperates, which will be a while in PA).

Installed LED lights today. Pretty bright led's

Update : I had a toggle switch installed to turn off and on the Led's. Other than the plain Jane toggle switch I really like having control of the lights. May install a nicer light up switch down the road.

 

Jersey Tundra, did the panels come with the male ends?, I see the 2 holes for the push pins. Thanks

 

Yes male ends were on back side. I did not install it but I do remember male ends on back side when looking at it. Here is a pic of my stock panel back side. New panel had same back. And a pic of the light kit from Amazon. Hope this helps

 

That's awesome, thanks. I completely destroyed my passenger side. Very poor design imop, but that's about all.

Looks great! Did you paint match it yourself or does it come in oem colors?

 

They come black. Had a shop match my paint for $65 dollars. Shop installed them for $75.
