There's enough good info and specificity to your question that I recommend you start a new thread. A lotta people drop into this thread to post their own progress, maybe check through a couple pages-- but might both members that will weigh in with what you need. "I" would worry about that gap, but can't give specific reasons why you should worry. Someone else might put you at ease. Let me know, if you decide to post a new thread, if you need any help.

I put this on yesterday. So far I love it.TRD Sway Bar.jpg
I went out dinner last night after completing the install and then saw this scratch in the back door scratch in door.jpg this morning when I was headed out to run an errand. It makes me so mad that people are so careless and disrespectful of other people' stuff.

I think this is more than just some touch up paint. My truck would be two months old this Thursday. I am hoping a body shop can fix it with out it being super costly.

That's messed up and an all too frequent complaint around here. I've heard it so many times AND had it happen to me..... twice!

Agreed. Shit I even had it happen twice at the dealer service dept. Anytime I have any control over it, unlike the dealer, I park far and walk. Drives me fn crazy. Wanna start hurting people. Worked too fn hard to have other people shit on my truck.

Lol damn you MIKE!!! I do like them though. If somebody shoots me the right price for the 18 lights and harness plus an extra moto contol then id consider it. Plus the harness makes it work like factory with the dim feature.

It's not dark yet so all I can tell you right now is the sequential blinker is BA. The DRL seems more like a NRL, you're only gonna know it's illuminated at night. After dark I'll take it for a spin and report back.

Please do let me know how the output is. Cause the oem 18 lights i have are pretty badass. Plus do you retain level motors. Probably not cause seperate led system

No level motors and I was in a hurry so failed to fully examine to see if they can be installed my impression is it's not applicable to this light.

It happen at the restaurant I am sure. It was the only place I went after putting on the anti-sway bar. It stays in the garage. What is even more sad on my part is that I had dash cams setup in my 2015 F150 to record all the problems I had. I took it out to put in my Tundra to JIC something like this happened. I told my wife last night before we went to dinner that putting the camera in was my project for today! I am mad at myself for just not doing it. Then I would have the plate or pictures of the people in the car next to me as they walked in.

I hate the disrepect of people's property. If its close I will usually put my hand between my door and the other car to keep it from hurting their car even if it looks like a junker. I try to keep my stuff taken care off, so I will probably get a body shop to fix it since it is down to bare metal in 4 spots. UHG! Needless to say I was too pissed to put the camera in today, but it will go in tomorrow for sure.

Lol just another look out for u Phil. Once u figure out if u want those lights or not, just give me 1st dibs like u said u would on the 18s. That way we can keep the bromance going with us both having bad add light setups. Lmk when u ready.

Finally had time to re-try installing the SDHQ sliders! 1st time was a fail. I tried installing drivers side first, and after an hour cursing the small gap where gas tank is. I gave up. I let the gas level go from nearly full, to nearly empty. Viola! The gas tank moved 1-1/2 inches away from frame, leaving me enough working room to successfully get the bolts through the holes of the inner bracket while pivoting! Made the install waaayyyy easier. So anyone noting this: The heavy tank also puts more stress on the straps and may shift it closer to the frame. Install when tank level is low. I know it’s been mentioned, but not for this small detail. Thanks @sdhq_offroad for an amazing product!
