Thought I'd show my wheel & Tire upgrade. Hard to tell from pics, had the OEM 20's powder coated satin black textured (matched the finish on my side-steps) center caps painted to match Toyota logos painted Silver Sky, added black lug covers. Tires right now are Toyo RT's (275/65/20) going back next week to move up a size to (295/55/20).

While it was at the shop I had the front to tow-hooks powder coated red for detail and the Toyota exhaust tip powder coated satin black textured as well.

That area of the center valance seems like a perfect spot IMO, the bracket kit from Rough County is beefy, mounts to the frame in 3 spots per bracket (prob over kill) looks like it could be an oem option it's so tight and integrated. I did just purchase the LED light bar security bolts, for the cost its good piece of mind that anyone with a standard allen key can't walk away with it.

Looks good. How do you like the tires?

Im looking at them myself. I'd like to do 305 55 20 if they will fit on my tss wheels w/o lift.

Maybe one of the other guys will chime in, I think you will have rubbing issues with that size and no lift. I'd say it will be minor and some adjustments could be made, just depends on what you're looking for. Your local tire store should be able to put a set on the front at least to see how the clearance is.

As for the Toyo's you can't go wrong, I've had the Toyo RT's & MT's on a previous Tundra and love them. The RT's for my use are perfect, nice manners on the road, long wearing and quiet.

Am running 33x12.5x20 RT on my 17 4x4 with no lift. Just have to remove the front flaps. A lil rub only backing up while turning right or left ( don't remember).

My first impression was that they were a little narrow. My last Tundra had oem 20's with Toyo RT 33x12.50/20 I liked the tire size and the way the truck sat (Bilstein 5100 on highest setting). They rubbed a little bit at full lock, no big deal. I have been driving my new Tundra on the 275/65/20 for a couple of days and it rides like a dream. So my thought were a little wider tire 295/55/ 20 would be nice visually or maybe I should just leave well enough alone.

The nice thing is The Tire Shop where I get all my tires are great guys, they will let me drive around for a couple days on either set to Toyo RT's to figure out what I like.

My previous Tundra (many sorties flown with this warrior)

Eagle Eye, they have built-in load resistors so no hyper-flash. The running light zig zags down the light looks like neon, (bad pic sorry)

Did you powdercoat the front OE tow hooks red, or are those different ones? It’s sorta hard to tell from the pictures...

Those look like the OE hooks to me, too. I did mine in red plastidip. I don't intend to actually use them, so it should hold up fine. If I do use them and mess them up, it would be easy to redo them.
