    This is getting old fast.

Started feeling sick last weekend, woke up Monday morning head all stuffed up, thought great a cold, ok no biggie.

By Wednesday my chest was rattling when I took a breath, coughing was pretty frequent and my head was packed.

Thursday night I coughed for 5 hours non stop, to the point of throwing up.

To the doc yesterday after work and yup, strep, hot as well, she said my test went solid pink almost instantly lol.

steroid shot that burned like hell,
Another shot for the coughing that left a bump in my ass and the nurse said its normal should go away in a day or two.
scripts for cough syrup, a big ass bottle that costs $45 WTF....
    5 days of 20mg predisone
and a inhaler to carry for if I start having a coughing fit..

Thing is I never had a sore throat, my right eye got all jacked up again, so I figure I need to at attention to that eye, if it acts up get to a doc, LOL..

Ya I know boring mundane shit but hey that's my life, now off to look over the syrup thread,..

    Really sucks! Sorry to hear.

My wife gets Strep from time to time, really knocks her down. I don't believe we build "anti-bodies" to prevent it, even after having it. She is an educator around a bunch of kids all the time, once had it bad twice within a month!

Damn bro , get better soon. For the cough nothing works better than prescription Tussoinex. My wife calls it liquid heroin, hahaha. Let me just say my wife has never touched it in any way shape or form . :D
