Mark, How'd your caster come out? Were you able to dial it back a bit?

Yeah. Actually brought it back a good amount.
    I ended up
    Driver caster 4.3 camber/-.07/toe .10
    Passenger caster 5.0/camber/-.09/toe.10
So driver is all maxed. Couldn’t get any better. Passenger had to be sacrificed a lot to bring close to driver.
I got the toe where I wanted overall like I mentioned.

I am getting the infamous toyota lean,Since I bumped the rxt to the 3rd option to handle all the weight I got some significant height gain. I am sure this was the main issue with the alignment. When I get back i’ll add more weight with the tent and some sample weight for load out.

Not to worried about it, I still have to pinpoint that steering rack issue-which is a weird thing it has come up this whole time, but prior to alignment and during while sweeping the #’s it was coming up a good amount of times. With the caster set like that I don’t feel her wandering or tracking much anymore. I’m think if I pull a shim off the passenger coil I should be able to bring the numbers down better and closer to where I want.

I was just looking through one of the wheel threads. Am off base thinking that people put some really horrible looking wheels on their trucks? Do people think the same thing about my Ray10's? Is it a regional thing or were people dropped on their head as a child? Am I just being elitist? Don't answer that last question, I'm pretty sure I know the answer.

    To each their own.
I think "regional" influences do play a good role in a build.
JP makes fun of my 34.5" tire.. but he has a 35 on a 22" rim.. :notsure:
He did say he wanted to pipes.. woooop wooooop

Well I make fun of your 34.5" tires too, but that is just because deep down I know that I should have gotten them too. JP has a rim to rubber ratio problem for offroading, but his wheel aren't hideous. If JP does the whistle tip he will be my hero.

My truck was so nice and smooth with the KO2's. I'm getting vibration in the steering wheel with these new tires. Most of it is probably due to size and tread pattern, but I'm thinking about having them rebalanced after a put some miles on them.

    wooot wooooot

Mine is not removable. Plus, I'm missing my stock one. And I'm more worried about high speed bumps than travel on this trip.

According to Wheelers, they compress down to the same size as the factory bumps, so if we really hit em you won't be limiting the travel. Articulation at slow speed might be a different story.

Yeah slow speed is the concern. During that test I couldn't get much more out of em. I'll try again next time I drive the truck to work.
