Actually, I'm not a Bronco fan. My $ is on Kirk Cousins moving to town though. Go Green Bay!!!

Today is the opening of legal tampering and tomorrow at 4pm EST is the official start of the new year for the league. Not 100% but I would say it's at least 98%.

Niners got Richard Sherman. Used to hate him... not no more. :bananadance: Niners are winning the division this year.

I don't think I can handle seeing Sherman in a Niners jersey. :pout:

Reminds me of when we got Deion Sanders. Couldn't stand that guy and really couldn't picture him in a Niner's jersey neither. But he soon became one of my favorites. I'll hate them until they get on my team.

Actually @joonbug I'm going to hate seeing Sherman in a Niners jersey for the opposite reason - I'm a die hard Seahawks fan and Sherman has been my wife's favorite player for the last few years. I hate seeing him go. :(

Yeah, I knew that seeing you're from Washington. It really sucks when one of your best players goes to a division rival.

Yeah I think we'll be taking 3rd place in the NFC West. I don't think either one of our teams will catch the Rams this year.

I don't know. The Niners are a completely different team with Garoppolo. They went from not being able to win a single game to practically unbeatable. He's the next Tom Brady. Even got a hot model girlfriend now too.

Anyone else ready for the draft? I don't watch much of college, so only know popular guys being talked about for the first round.

Yep i love the draft... It's one of my fav times of year really. I'm a big NFL nerd so it gives me an opportunity to nerd out for a couple of days and think about football. Gonna crush some wings and such on Thursday!

Now that sounds like a good time. My buddies, who all like different teams, get together for beers and bbq. Who's going #1?

That is fun to do... i've done a draft pool before that was pretty good.

That's really tough, I think Darnold is the safe pick, Mayfield might be better and i think will be the best QB of this class but people have concerns, Allen has the highest ceiling but lowest floor, I don't like Rosen at all (mainly for injury history and not his personality stuff).

IF i'm Cleveland i go Barkley at 1, take one of the other QB's at 4 but i'm 99% sure they go QB first and i think its between Allen and Darnold.

I also think that Lamaar Jackson could be a steal around the 20's.... in the right system and given some time to develop.

We shall see. It's so hard to judge QBs for me. Who is a good dline or LB to watch for? I really hope the browns hit on the draft, love to see them get out of their terrible funk. Kinda routing for Jackson, since any other team would have fired him by now, to show other teams you have to give head coach time to build before being fired.

I haven't watched a lot of LB's this year but i feel its a down year for edge rushers. Chubb is good and will be good but i don't view him as elite... Harold Landry has amazing speed, bend and 10 yard split and i could see him doing very well in the NFL and can probably be had 15-25 range. Davenport seems interesting, is more of a bull rusher and strength then quickness, is raw. Smith from Georgia has a lot of potential and seems like he will be a good player in the league. I see him going to the 49ers.

I really like Derwin James from FSU.... He's my #1 choice for the Packers but i'm betting he won't slide that far. Guy has all the skills to be elite in the NFL.... Fitzpatrick is interesting but i see him as a jack of all trades master of none type of guy which is sometimes not ideal. Denzel Ward is a good player, a little on the small side but still like him. Josh Jackson has great ball skills but his man to man needs a lot of work.

Any good corners coming out? Will we see a M. Latimore type player this year?

Not sure Lattimore/White players but damn its so hard to judge. Depends a lot on scheme, coaching, health and about 1000000 more items. I like Denzel Ward, like i said a little on the short side to be a true boundary corner and possible better suited for the slot. Josh Jackson looks the part as well but i've heard he has some issue back pedalling (zone CB) which i think is somewhat concerning for a guy in the 1st round. Has elite ball skills, good size and a good athlete.

Those are the 2 i've focused on (again for possible GB picks) but i think a total of 5 CB's could go round 1. I also think there will be somewhat of a streak of CB's at the top of the 2nd
