Thinking 33's, but if any one can chime in on what they personally tried......and with no lift kit. I also heard the Chevy six lug will fit. I'm going junk yard shopping. I need 2 new tires to pass inspection, so might at well look for nice rims with decent tires on them, but will by something a lot better when those wear down. AND the bigger the better.

265/70/17's rubbed at full lock on my 04 DC with stock sagged front springs, but otherwise should be fine.

You could probably squeeze some BFG 33s on some oem 17s cause they're barely 32.5" tall. There will definitely be a lot of rubbing on the frame at full lock but it's temporary. Do a pinch weld mod and trim the fenders a bit. Should be good to go. The Chevy 6-lug bolt pattern is the same (6x5.5)but some have a smaller center bore than Toyota. I did the same thing not too long ago. Good luck.

Yea it's only the front I'm worried about, the back has had about 3" trimmed off already....those are fender flares from a Dodge Truck with a much bigger wheel well. I can do some retro fitting up front I suppose. So I'll do some figuring with those 2 sizes, and make sure center bore is same size. Measure twice, install once. The place I'm going might have one Tundra, but a hundred Chevy's and $35 for rim and tire. Sometimes they have a sale and it's $25.

So $900 later I just bought new tires. Chevy rims do not fit, and I mean exact fit....they may bolt on but the center bore on every single Chevy truck, except the Colorado, was small. I decided to stay with my steal rims, and just get new tire, but did change size. I went from the stock 265/70/16 cheap Mastercraft to a 265/75/16 Goodyear. It is about an inch narrower, and an inch taller. This will do for now, just really needed tires to pass inspection next month. I'll look for some nice rims later for some racing tires after I get the supercharger.
