Just thought I'd start this one, as I was driving to Oklahoma and had to stop at a truck stop and saw a family at the pump, the father was getting after the teens about eating and leaving food on seats....So all you guys n gals...Do you allow others to eat in your beloved Tundra???

if the kids can wait..they will wait :)..on long trips, it's more difficult. Same rule apply for other vehicles.

I eat and drink in the truck, so it’d be hard for me to tell other people not to. They just know not to leave a mess.

My truck, my payment..only me. I was ok with family drinking in my vehicles until my grandmother spilled a 60oz tea she got to go from a local BBQ joint all over the front seats and carpet. From that time on no one eats or drinks in my ride.

Life is life, so of course I do. Have had no problems and the kids actually help clean it. At least they show respect for it.

Sure, eat what you want. If they make a mess just pick it up. Plain and simple.

They can eat in it, as long as it's in the bed.

one of the reasons I searched out the bench seat! Heck yes to eating on the fly. Stopping is for getting gas and peeing. But if I’m not with the wife on a road trip, stopping to pee is optional.

Agree! My kids can eat inside. I tell them to be carful, and they are. Everything is fixable, on our awesome machines. If they spill on my cloth seats oh well, it will push me more to get the Katzkin I want :D

A little this and that...Broke now
Man I started with that rule...water only, with weather techs front and rear the whole bit and what does my beloved son do??? Spills an in and out chocolate shake in the front passenger side after I let him drive "Whiskey 3"..and at this point my baby was only 3 weeks old...After I blew a cam tower gasket seal leak thing I took a few breaths and saw it was going to very challenging to make it one year with no dings, dents, spills stains or scratches..My son raced to the detailer and told him "this needs to disappear like it never happened"..Bottom line I was trying to be all rigid, Life was laughing at me all the way to the detailers..I survived..just barley..I'm still in therapy..Thanks for being my support group tonight..

I'm OK with people eating and drinking in the the truck. But I would get really pissed if I have to clean up their mess.

Depends. Stateside Only I do, mainly because I'm usually the only one in my truck. When I''m in Baja, you gotta eat on the run sometimes. Usually the interior is roached out. But all drinks must have lids/caps.

We all eat in the truck and I don't only have to deal with food crumbs but also have to deal with all those stickers that come in the kids meal. My kids think that they belong on their window:mad:
