Agreed. When my wife woke me up yesterday morning saying the contraction was, "a little stronger than normal." I immediately considered the date. Liked it, and knew this was happening.

Thanks man! Appreciated. It’s definitely a strange feeling when you realize how much you care for a child, you don’t know how it feels until you’ve experienced it. There is no reason not to love a child that is not biologically yours. It’s not the kids fault, she didn’t get to choose her parents. But I do choose her! I had no control over my heart.

Funny, she has more of my traits than her bio dad. She doesn’t understand why her friends don’t like their step parents. Makes me feel good. She demands hugs from me every day.
