RANGE TIME. Finally

7:30am my middle brother texts me and says come on up let’s hit the range and send round down
OK what the heck.

So we hit the range he is a member of. It’s a private range and there is never anyone there.

I took my two latest AR builds and he did the same

First pic is my middle brother, he assembled a couple AR47s and I had the AR15s, oooooooo scary rifles...hit the fun store on the way back and picked up another lower, Zombie theme this time LOL

 

That is incorrect. Fairfax rod and gun (private) and Isaac Walton (also private but easier to join) are nearby. There’s also a few choices in Loudon, Fredericksburg, and Warrenton.

That's true, the Quantico range is also out doors and up to 1000yds.

 

I want to get down there one day for one of the precision rifle matches. I work there sometimes at the FBI Academy.

 

I've always wanted to go there but a civilian needs to jump through some hoops and get a sponsor. I've never pursued.

 

A friend of a friend has competed there before. He actually placed pretty well at the last one.
