Anyone have these on a double cab (the black ones w/ 3 steps)?

Found a good deal on local craigslist and wondering how they would look on the double cab. Thought they only made 3 step ones for CMs, but this guy has proven me wrong.

Either way I'm thinkin they will look better than the silver/black ones that came on my truck. Thoughts?

Heres a pic of them that he sent me. Brand new never installed.

I'm thinking one under each door and then one serves as a bed access (which I admit would be useful in accessing things in the middle of my toolbox).

He posted them for 300 but I'm gonna try and hardball him down to $250 (they are listed at $477.99 on sparks so it's pretty much a no-brainer to try them out and resell if I don't like em). I'm sure they will look better than what I have now though, and I could probably get most of that $300 back just selling my stock ones which were actually factory upgrades and are listed at $383 on sparks.

Edit: found a pic of a DC online with the steps. Doesn't look too bad, I think I'm gonna go for it. Doesn't look like the 3rd step is as useful as I thought it would be but I'm sure it can still serve a purpose at times.

Bigger question here is why are they selling them for less than they're worth?

Well he first posted them like a month ago for $400 and said he recieved them as a gift and ended up deciding to go with another pair or I would have thought it was pretty sketchy as well. They didn't really appeal to me at that price but once he reposted 3 days ago for $300 I figured it was worth a text.

Gonna meet up with the guy tomorrow since hes just on the other side of town.

I've done pretty good on Craig's List. Not unusual at all for for things to sell for less than what it's worth on Craig's. Bought a near new Bed Rug for my Tundra for $200. ($450 new). Seller bought a, "cough ", new Ram. Had absolutely no need for a Tundra bed rug.(see my build thread.) Bought a near new Ranch Hand grille for $200. Owner was going to try to get it to fit on his Bronco. :homer: New, Almost $650). Realized it wasn't going to fly. (see my build thread). Bought an ARE topper for $200 off Craig's list. Spent $195 for a new window assy. I paid a total of $450
New=$1150.(see my build thread). All these sellers had one thing in common.............................THEY HAD NO NEED FOR THEM AND WERE TAKING UP SPACE IN THEIR GARAGE!!!!!!!! A lot of things are sold for a lot less than what they are worth. Definitely offer $250. Go from there. Tell the seller you don't really need them but would like to take them off his hands.

Yup no telling what you find on CL. Might be getting some regular TRD rims locally for $500 that have only been used less than 2k miles. Plan is to powder coat them black and get TRD Pro center caps so I have my TRD Pro rims the cheapish way (still working on convincing the guy to sell me rims only instead of his tires too for $900 as Im already about to have to sell my own tires to get 33"s and don't want an extra set to have to sell). Meeting the guy with the steps tomorrow at 1. Hopefully everything goes smooth (dont see why it wouldnt as they are BNIB condition purchased from Toyota). Counting in what I would have to pay for shipping I will be getting them at over 50% off price from sparks which is usually among the cheapest.

Just picked em up and dropped em off in the garage at work. Played hardball with him but he was set on $300.

Here's a few pics. Brand new and definitely genuine Toyota.

Gonna try to install em tonight, will have some new pics up after that.

I have them on my double cab tundra and love them and the third step is nice to get the things out of the front on the bed.

Thanks man, here are a few pics. Will def look better after I get her leveled out with black rims, new tires, and the Pro headlights. Thinkin I may get the blackout tape to go between the windows as well since my truck didn't come with it.

I have the same style on my CM but from Rough Country and absolutely love them. Very useful for a CM and DC!
