Where did you order them from? Was it the Tundra kit or did you get something custom?

Cool, so for the rear bypass you ordered, is that the one where you have to change the shock mount or is it the one that was on kings FB page where it was a bypass that fit in the rear stock shock mount?

Gotta pay to play. That is not a bad price.

I kindly disagree. I doubt the price difference is worth it from the 2.5 and that is dealer cost

It really isn't a bad price (assuming he didn't spend 5K, more like 4300.00). To replace my 2.5 14" Kings to 3.0 would be 3800 shock cost + 740 for springs=4540.00. Bypasses (if I had capitalistic leaf sprung suspension) would would be an additional 150.00 min per shock on the rear for bypasses. So it would be close to 5000.00

On a dual spring CO setup, I wouldn't upgrade to a 3.0 shock. I would keep my 2.5's and go with bypass shocks if needed (and I would never need them, tuning on a 2.5" shock has a wide range). On a single rate spring setup, I'm willing to bet it is worth every penny to upgrade to a 3.0 shock. Maybe @boardude can weigh in on this since he has had both. I have never owned a single rate CO shock.

Like he said, he was being very generous on pricing. I wouldn't want to lose my sponsorship due to running my mouth either (it does happen, and if I where him...delete delete delete).

    Smart man.

Local racer here lost a tire sponsorship due to that. When I buy my 40" race compound tires, they fell off a truck. I like paying 350-400.00 per tire vs 575-900.00 per tire.

That is not a bad price at all!! Go look up the Icon 3.0 setup MSRP and you'll see lol. (I got mine on a black friday special bitcheeeeeess!!! lol)

I came from the Pro suspension and in my experience, and the way I drive and use the truck I would do again. The truck feels more stable, barrels over obstacles when I Ricky Bobby it, and just feels more firm but softer on the roads (if that makes any sense). Shit, my wife even made a comment about how it was less "bumpy" on the road. I'm not comparing my Icons to the Kings in anyway since they are different types of shocks and my rear setup is different with the RXT springs and shocks, but these would be a huge upgrade from 2.5s. But again it's all about what you do with your truck and what you want to get out of it. If you're a street queen and mall crawler then yeah you probably wouldn't notice a huge difference besides the BA 3.0s in the wheel well.

@TRON replaced his Pro setup with ADS 3.0s up front and he would give you a similar story. You wanna talk beast mode, then ask @KevinK lol

price is about what 3.0 cost. compare with ADS or ICON.
now, do you need them is the question ? 2.5 are perfectly capable 95% of the time...but then you get those 5%..and that's where it shines :)..lol

Yes they will “work” I.e. u can use them but you’re losing the extended travel that deavers give u. Deaver spec’d shocks like the ads triple bypasses are longer than stock length shocks to get every bit of travel in the stock location

Wait it says “ the rear does require deavers”.... Bret from king said the under bed bypasses are for stock leaf pack. I’m gonna stick with what the owner at king says and go with that. Patiently waiting my package.

Am I late to the party or has anyone else seen this kit? You can add a front bypasses to stock LCAs I’ve seen it done but I’ve never seen a kit that looks pretty easy to install.
