    LoL Zack.

He's probably fielding 87 PMs from people now. We definitely need to do a more dedicated filming day. For some reason the videos you sent me act all choppy and weird.

    Adrian -
I'm also interested in the R&D behind the RXT solution. I think we're the most Icon-damped front end in the Tundra world, and we'd like to match it in the rear.

Here's some porn just to keep this going...

    Hello Adrian,

I have an option of buying these Icon front coilovers ( 58650) 2nd hand from an individual that say he rebuilt them with new seals and shock oil.

Is this possible? And is there a wrong way of doing this? Anything I should look out for?

1,000 Miles of off road testing. Every time a revision was made the 1K clock was reset to 0 and we do another 1K

"Through an accelerated testing process dubbed the “ICON1K” R&D program, ICON has spent over a year pushing the Tundra to off-road extremes to identify limiting factors in OE components and further extrapolate performance out of this vehicle."

Correct! Lots of PM's coming to me. Thank you for understanding.

The RXT systems undergo 1,000 miles of off road testing before a product is finalized. Every revision made in the process resets the mileage clock.
The OMEGA Bypass in the video is actually a Custom Build created and sold by @sdhq_offroad.

hehe - that system was built by SDHQ for my wife’s Tundra. That’s her in the video. ;)

And yes, we love it. Just want to match the rear now (seriously trying to figure out how to fit a proper 3.0 Icon in the rear).

I think @zackbremer and I are interested in more details about the testing. What terrain, what loads in the bed and cab, how many runs were done with each of the spring configuration options and how much weight was used each time, what speeds, how much articulation and 4LO was tested (like how many full bump cycles), how much high speed whoops, how high of a jump/drop, what size and weight rims and tires.

    We’re nerds.

    Thanks Adrian!

    Hi @Icon_Adrian !

Any affiliation with Icon and Donahoe Racing? I had a set on my Taco and they look identical besides the logo.

    Welcome Adrian!
I have read a lot of the stuff from the few threads that you have started and its good info but what about us :transformer: 6-7" guys. At first when i bought my Tundra I didn't care about the spacer lift.....now I take my kids out on the dunes and though I am not "Sending it" it would still be nice to not have to worry about the pre load on the shocks and the possibility of blowing out the bottom mount. Anyway if I was to replace those front spacers with your coil overs whats the benefits of going with the billet UCA's also? Pardon my newness I have never looked into those. Also later down the road If i wanted to get rid of the blocks in the rear would your leafs work and would I need shackles to get the truck to sit level again?
