    I dropped the rock shield and installed nylon bushings to stop the popping sound during low speed turns. It fixed the problem but it was a pain. There is a small hex head bolt in the middle of the shield with a giant square spacer on the inside. Not sure the purpose of the bolt because it's so small but it caused needless grief reattaching.

    How many miles on your truck Jim ? The exterior, interior and engine bay look cleaner than the showroom floor. Nice job :thumbsup:. May seem strange, but sometimes I think I pay more attention to my engine bay and under carriage than the exterior. Guess I have always been that way and lets you keep an eye on any potential leaks etc. My 37's allow easy access under the truck too. :rolleyes: Keep up the nice work my friend.

    Not sure how tall you are Sean, but I'm only 5-7 and the step stool is my friend too. I guess a lift and oversized tires on our trucks doesn't help things. May sound strange, but I actually have a hard time getting out of my wife's Mercedes sedan cuz the seat are so close to the ground...:eek:

    Washed and dried it today. Did the plastic with some 303. Came out looking pretty decent. Need to do a full clay bar and wax at some point soon.

    Yeah Steve that would be nice. I enjoy detailing it just don't have the time. This look me a good 2 hours on and off tending to a "bored" 5 year old in between.

    Added a few items, starting with my first DENTo_O, liked the all except PIAA replacement fog lights, what a joke! I will add a new wheel/tire combo next, a power port in bed, rack for my kayak and fishing gear and light bar, stealth mounted. Maybe a hidden winch setup later. I like my truck kinda plain looking.
