Alright, I got these bad boys the other day. My question to you is, should I black them out or leave them chrome? All my other badges are blacked out.

    20180213_101824.jpg

Second question: Above, below, or in front?

Thank you in advance and NO, I'm not painting my truck black!

And to the placement I think below the badge squared up with the rear most part of it. Closer to the door.

Have you ever looked at closely at flags on an aircraft or the right shoulder of soldiers?? The blue/star field always faces forward, as if the flag was on a pole and the vehicle/person was moving. So.....flags on the right or passengers side face backwards

OK that makes sense. I always was under the impression that the stars were always supposed to appear at the upper left-hand corner.

i'd leave them as is... I think if you black them out, it would just look weird unless you had them instead of the iforce badge?

i just think that you have chosen the best color... obvi. but it's going to look odd with these big black blocks all over it unless people are close enough to see what it is.... Given that most people look at your truck from a distance where they can't make out what the blacked out logos are... I'd ditch the iforce and leave the flag as it is.

You always display a US flag stars forward when on a side of a vehicle or shoulder. With the red and white to the rear as to look like it’s waving in the wind. Although it may look backwards on one side it should be the effect of looking at a real one from the other side .

In the Army back in the early 80’s it was taught stars forward never retreat. Stars to the rear would look like you were retreating from battle!

Those are nice, I'm jealous, where can I get my own?

Also leave them as is (I think if you blacked it out it would just look like a rectangle) below and squared up to the iforce badge.

I like below the Badge and not blacked out. I agree it just doesn't feel right, but if you like the look go for it

    US of A!
I personally would NOT black them out.. no one would be able to tell what the black rectangles mean. Second, a suggestion if I may, how about putting them up as is near the rear door ABOVE the SR5/Limited badge? I know that I would not put the US flag at the lower level anywhere near the iForce badge. (it would get dirty .. a lot, and I wouldn't want anyone looking down upon the flag if I can help it)

And in case you are hard set on putting the flags on the door, above the iForce badge or even higher up would look great.

    Just my 2 cents.

Keep the chrome. It stands out more, and blacking out the flag just seems wrong somehow.
