I have a stock 2012/13 rock warrior with the factory 17 in rims. I'm putting a leveling kit on and was thinking of running 2in wheel spacers on it for a wider footprint and larger tires. Any thoughts on this? I know some say you loose clamping force and I've seen bad things on one tons happen while loaded down. But on a half ton? I don't haul a bunch of weight and my camper is only 3000 lbs...thanks!

Why 2"? Just use the 1.25." Should be enough.

I have 1.25" wheel spacers on mine. Spidertrax. No issues. Go with a name brand like spidertrax or bora and install them correctly to the procedure and you will be fine. Where you go wrong is with a cheap wheel spacer or incorrect installation.

Keep in mind tire places will not install the wheel spacers for you and some won't even install your wheels on. Discount tire changed there policy and now will install wheels and service your tires but still won't touch the spacers.

Check the marketplace. There might be a set or two for sale.

Ya I wasn't sure on the size of adapters. And yes I only would use name brands. I was just wondering if any issues have been noticed with them. I wouldnt think on half tons it would be a problem. I just want to run the stock
Yes I've run into that issue also...

Keep us updated with some pics. I am looking to do the same thing. I will probably keep my stock tires but I will be adding Spidertrax (ran them on my Tacoma and FJ) and Bilstein 5100s to level the front (also ran on my FJ and Tacoma).
