I am really considering that option right now. I want to wait and let it settle in a bit more, so I will be a cool guy and leave the tent on for the rest of the week and see how it does.
With the second option, I will need a constant load of 500-ish lbs to keep it from bringing me up too high right? Unloaded I would loose more down travel on the stock pro shocks-which I don't think I have much left. Also sacrificing the ride, right now they ride good-close to stock IMO. After measurements from before and after install, the truck sat 1/2" higher than it did with the CB +3 shackles, but it does handle the weight a little better(for now-until it settles).

I think that's the weight spec for the second option. I agree, after talking with @joonbug when he installed I didn't want to do option 2 right off the bat and risk sitting too high. So I figured I would let it settle, and then re-measure to see where I needed to be, either with a bigger shackle or going with option 2. I'm hoping it will settle about 1/2 inch which then going to option 2 should be perfect.

Yeah those pro shocks will limit your extended travel in your rear. Maybe time for some rxt shocks too?!?! :stirthepot::spy::stirthepot::spy:

    Radio mounted

I wanted to mount it here originally w/o making a custom mount, but it just didn’t sit right with antenna cable on the backside. I would’ve also lost access to the 12v plug behind it.
Then I thought of a custom brake controller bezel mount, and that would’ve been tough to get a good fit and support. Would’ve been hard to see the freq. I’m on as well as hard to tune and possibly hear bc the speaker is on top of the actual radio.

Ended up here on the kick panel which was pretty much my last choice. This probably the better choice to begin with. Better view of screen, quick access to program, and access speaker jack.

Also getting started on my secondary air breathers. Cheaping out and going with basic stuff. Waiting on a few more things to come in. Here are some custom AN fittings my buddy whipped up for me!

another set would be great. And, let me know if you need those fender clips 'cause I bought 50 or 60 of 'em. I didn't even bother trying to save the original ones, I cut 'em off and then just popped in new ones.
