Is it normal for the VSC light to come on saying it is off when you are in 4 wheel drive ?
    I have a 2007 tundra

I've asked the dealer and they weren't sure,,,

    Thanks
The dealer wanted me to bring it in and charge me to look at it

Is it normal for it to act strange on ice and snow
    When turning at slow speeds
Seems like all four wheels are doing something different and engine slows down

Yes, our traction and ABS monitors are overly sensitive. Does the same to me when slowly pressing the brake pedal over snow/ice, and when applying throttle over snow/ice. You can always turn them off when driving though.

    Thanks
    That helps a lot
As I have a MDX all wheel drive and it's not that sensitive in the ice and snow
Not sure what I turn off other than the 4 wheel drive?

Very , very over sensitive is being kind. I turn off my nannies every time I go to work now that winter is here in Denver. I also use only manual shift mode to brake on simple residential streets when icy. The ECU seems to get confused as to what to do with braking to the point where you can't stop in auto on icy conditions. At low speeds. Even Fracked up at 5 or less mph for crying out loud. My 09 Taco was the same in AK. The ABS/Trac is totally F'd up if icy. Hate nannies. I want to be in control, period. PERIOD. This is one of my biggest issues with Toyota trucks. Not a game changer yet. YET!! (Oh, I forgot to mention the factory computer controlled "limited slip" SUCKS.) You younger guys may not know what it is like to be in control now that your used to a computer running everything in your lives.:cookiemonster:
