When you effectively disarm a population criminal's balls all of a sudden get huge.

Hope they find the guy. You should send his image to every news agency in the area, post it on Facebook/Instagram/Milk Cartons.. I hate people like this.

Great resolution! Plates come back clear and valid? With the facial identify on there, it should be an open and closed case.

I called the police. They said they don't handle mail theft and said to call USPS. I called USPS. I told them I have video of a guy stealing my mail. They took the case and said someone would call me back. Not a peep from them. I gave up. I think this guy know that authorities don't take mail theft seriously so he doesn't give a shit.

and I thought interfering or stealing mail was a serious felony. How about going to the local news with a story about the USPS not taking action??

This is an obvious attempt to steal identity information. I'm sure your local PD knows this and is afraid to upset your Dictators by going after "Dreamers".

    This is perfect!

I’m not sure I can post what I would want to do with package thief’s. It does involve ear plugs...

I assumed your current cameras are using coax cables. Running new Cat6 wont be too complicated when you already have existing cables. You could wrap the new cables to the end of th old cable and then pull at the other end, basically utilizing your old cable as a pull-string.

Take the photo and video to your local post office and request the postmaster have the FED'S take the case...It's their job. Also contact your local Immigration Customs Enforcement(ICE)office. I bet he is a dreamer....

I wouldn't let this go. I would ruffle every feather needed to get agencies to do their jobs, the bureaucracy is thick. Most initial responses from federal or state agencies will be "no" or "we don't handle that". You have to be persistent, almost irritating, to get justice now.

I agree with pursuing news stations and newspapers. Do you have a Sheriff's department where you live? Most times I find that if the local PD don't have interest in pursuing a lead that the Sheriff's do. Sheriff's departments from my experience still enjoy enforcing laws, local PD has turned into a revenue source.

Wow that sucks that neither police nor usps is doing anything about this. Disturbing!

I have the swann ip from Costco and it is a very good system also. You can always use coax to ip converters if you don’t want to run new wires.

It's amazing to me how little the police care about this type of thing. Open and shut case of a felony being committed on camera, and nobody cares.

Start complaining about speeders in your neighborhood though, and watch them set up a radar trap to collect revenue, I mean catch people breaking the law.

I think they are around 200-300 per camera lol. Didn’t say it was cheap! But if someone really doesn’t want to pull new cables they might pay the price. I think there are cheaper alternatives but I know axis products are top notch professional quality.
