Ok so I’m still looking for input on tires for my 2012 Tundra 4x4 double cab. I am running 275/65-18 right now and looking at going up in size. My 4 top tires are BFG KO2, Dick Cepek fun country, Kumho venture AT51, Toyo Open Country AT2. I mainly drive on road and have to do transport of employees during winter. Only time I’m really off road is hunting and that’s on muddy gravel roads and some trails. Nothing major. Road noise and ride opinions on these tires would be helpful too. Also how important is tread life warranty? Do they really stand behind it or is it more of a sales gimmick? Thanks

Black grille with white hood bulge. AR901 Wheels. Nitro Grappler 2 LT265/70/r18 tires. Chrome exhaust tip. Spray in bed liner. Black side steps. K&N Filter.
I’m running Nitto Grappler 2. Been on them for a few months and love them. Didn’t really notice a lot of new road noise over the stock tires and my MPG was only slightly impacted (which probably wont change for what you are switching from). We don’t get snow so I can’t speak for that, but have used them in soft sand (without 4x4) and they did well. Don’t see it on your list, but thought I would offer my two cents.

AT2 out of that group IMO. Check out Cooper ST Maxx 295's

When you say "up in size" how big are you thinking? If you are just going to 275/70/18 get the KO2, no reason to consider anything else. Great road manners and fully capable on trails.
If you are considering expanding your search beyond the tires you listed, look at the recommendation from @nowayout.

Where are you located? If you drive in snow, GoodYear DuraTrac is hard to beat.

I wheel with guys who have Toyo RTs, Duratracks, and KO2 (which I also have). Can’t recommend KO2s enough they perform awesomely in sand, dirt and snow and are still super quite on road.

I live in the bipolar weather State of Ky where on Monday it’s 63 and Thursday we have 7” of snow. I’m thinking the largest I could go up is either 295/70 or 305/65. The 275/65 just look really small on my truck.

Are u stock? Leveled? I ran 315/70 KO2s when my truck was just leveled with bilstiens out in the front with no bumper trimming and no cab mount chop

Also I see no warranty on KO2’s so what kind of mileage is everyone getting with proper air pressures and rotation

Haven’t tried out my Ridge Grapplers on snow and ice yet, but I like the way they handle on road so far. Also have good experiences with Duratracs, and have heard good things about AT2’s and RT’s.

I've got 275/70-18 KO2s on my truck. They have about 35k miles on them, get rotated every 5k, and are less than half worn. I can probably get another 25-30k out of them. No issues at all. Only complaint is that the 275s look small at times. I'll be going up to 295-305s soon.

Leveled. 16x8 Pacer 164 wrapped in 295-75-16 General AT2. Flowmaster exhaust. K&N Cold air intake.
I have been running Yokohama AT-S tires on my Nissan and they are excellent in mud, snow, rain, dry, whatever!!! Very minimal noise too. I have Michelins on my Tundra now.

Of your 4 “favorites” the KO2 in a landslide. Excellent tire.

The only reason to expand your horizons past the KO2 is if you want a size they don't make, which is extremely likely, or if you play in the mud constantly.
Being the hypocrite that I am, I'm switching to 35" General Grabber X3 for my Ray10's.

Grabber's are a great tire. My local tire guy is not big on KO2s at all. Bitch to balance. They have no problem selling them. They sell lots of brands. Cooper Tires are a big seller. Hence...it's always good to expand your horizons.

How relative are the mile warranties they stick on these tires. Do they stand behind them or are they more of a sales gimmick

ST Maxx is a great tire but there are better snow tires. With snow or ice you want a little tighter tread pattern.

Agreed. If I’d known about the falken WP at3w when I bought my ko2’s I would have gone that route. In a 305/65 instead of 275/70.

if you drive snow routinely hard to argue a winter rated tire like bfg's or duratracs. I've had both and they're very similar but I do find ko2's have slightly better wet traction.
